**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

As a Segment Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- In charge of Surgical Solutions portfolio strategies implementation in North Cluster
- Facilitate the country IBP Portfolio Review
- Execute Global NPI’s and Commercialization Process in country
- Price management
- Implement portfolio strategies in Mexico
- Determines local action plan to leverage Solventum penetration in the customers
- Supports local sales managers, channel, reps and clinical specialist

**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university
- 5+ years marketing experience, with a proven track record delivering business results
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Strong communication, analytical and Marketing skills
- Strategic pricing understanding
- Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments
- Able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, influencing other.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience in marketing, and product management/or development working in a health care or medical device environment
- Demonstrated success working and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

**Work location**:
**Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel**)**

**Travel: May include up to**30% domestic/international**
