Si tiene las cualidades y el ímpetu para liderear equipos, hay posiciones listas para cultivar sus habilidades y llevarlo al siguiente nível.**Descripción de puesto**:The Segment Marketing Manager II leads the development, implementation, and profitable growth of new UPS Capital (UPSC) products and services, product enhancements, and strategic and tactical marketing programs and initiatives. He/She aligns market priorities and initiatives to UPSC strategic imperatives in collaboration with Sales and Operations, collaborates with the Sales team, interacts with customers, and defines market research and analytics that support the development of product improvements and enhancements. This position develops and enhances competitive solutions to customers, builds business cases, supports new business development activity, and manages the development of new product launches. He/She develops and manages project plans and coordinates implementation of those plans on a cross-functional basis. In addition he/she manages overall product and service portfolio performance, and develops cross-selling opportunities. This position evaluates service enhancements and identifies and develops marketing communications and sales tools.
