**Who We Are Looking For**

We are looking for someone who is **proactive**, **detail-oriented**, and able to **foster trust and strong relationships** across the organization. You will help shape a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

**What You Will Do as a USANA HR Business Partner**
- Serve as the **primary HR contact** for Mexico and Colombia based employees, promoting a collaborative and engaging work environment.
- Ensure ongoing **compliance with Mexican labor laws**, including **Ley Federal del**Trabajo**, **IMSS**, **INFONAVIT**, and other local employment obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to **build and uphold a workplace recognized as one of the best places to work** in the region.
- Manage the full **recruitment and onboarding lifecycle**, attracting high-caliber talent and setting them up for long-term success.
- Lead the implementation of HR policies and practices that align with **both local law and USANA’s global HR standards**.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions while maintaining fairness and legal compliance.
- ** Assess training needs** and coordinate professional development programs to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and secure **HR records and HRIS data** in accordance with legal and internal requirements.

**Background and Skills You Will Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least **3 years of HR experience in Mexico**, with demonstrated knowledge of Mexican labor law and compliance standards.
- Deep understanding of key employment areas such as **termination procedures, contracts, social security programs (IMSS, INFONAVIT), and labor inspections**.
- Experience **designing and delivering employee training programs** or coordinating external training vendors.
- A strong communicator and trusted partner who can coach managers, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- ** Bilingual in Spanish and English** is required.
