**Business Steering & Asset Manager, Seeds and Crop Protection Grains, North LATAM**

**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Co-responsible for the company results in the region: Net Sales, Gross Profit, CCP Market Share, Customer Share, Opex, etc.
- Represent to the Seeds Mission in meetings and projects like SO&P, rolling forecast, ATP, etc., interacting with different areas of the organization.
- Participate in the sales planning process to ensure forecast accuracy targets.
- Monitoring and follow-up the sales targets with Business Unit Leads, identify and communicate variations and plans to capture opportunities and minimize risks.
- Provide to the Seeds Mission, information to facilitate the business management and follow up, like rolling forecast and advancement, supply issues, weekly and monthly updates, etc.
- Participate in the SBP and forecasting process to define strategic targets for seeds and CP in Corn, Sorghum and Cotton.
- Define what products/solutions are needed to achieve crop strategies and get alignment with different areas to ensure availability of such products/services/solutions to sustain long term value of our portfolio.
- Responsible for major product launches, cascading down product position and value proposition, defining, aligning and providing through a launching plan aligned with country and customer needs.
- Strategic evaluation of potential co-operation with partners in order to fill the portfolio gaps.
- Act as a one point of contact as a PMO and Asset for corn within the NORLA team, and engage and align strategies with stakeholders: CP Mission, Asset LATAM & Global, FS, Regulatory, etc.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree: Agronomist, industrial engineer, administration, finance, marketing, or related. Master’s degree desirable.
- +10 years in Seeds and/or Crop Protection Industry. +5 years leading people.
- Customer focus, passionate for farmers and agriculture industry.
- Ability to influence people at all levels in a non-hierarchical organization.
- Strategic mindset, finance acumen, analytic and digital skills, strong managing Excel and office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
