**I. Propósito General**:
Asegurar la coordinación de actividades a realizar en el área de Protección Planta y Centro de Control, el cumplimiento de cada uno de los procedimientos corporativos aplicables al área y brindar una respuesta correcta e inmediata ante situaciones que pudieran poner en peligro la integridad del personal, los bienes de la compañía, así como a la marca

**II. Funciones**:

- Control de agenda de visitantes
- Reportes mensuales centro de control / Protección Planta
- Reuniones mensuales sobre asuntos de seguridad con centros de control Mexico
- Administración de plan de trabajo anual
- Control y actualización de documentación en ETQ
- Administración de información ante FM Global
- Supervisión de monitoristas de Centro de Control
- Coordinación de reuniones físicas y en línea con el Equipo Local de Manejo de Emergencias

**V. Escolaridad/Habilidades requeridas**:

- Preparatoria terminada o carrera trunca
- Conocimiento intermedio en administración de red vs incendio
- Conocimiento intermedio en gestión y administración de emergencias
- Manejo de crisis
- Conocimiento intermedio en gestión, administración y generación de planes de acción en auditorías departamentales, internas y externas (aseguradora, auditorias security, PC, etc.)
- Conocimiento sobre procedimientos corporativos
- Generador de procedimientos de trabajo
- Conocimiento intermedio de ETQ
- Conocimiento intermedio de aplicación TEAMS
- Conocimiento intermedio de programa Excel
- Manejo de sistemas de rastreo satelital, CCTV y sistema Prowach (control de acceso)
- Experiência con administración de personal a cargo
- Experiência mínima de dos años como oficial de seguridad patrimonial
