**About the role**:
You will be a key player in our global growth. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities, establish contact with mental health professionals. You will be promoting our innovative exposure therapy solutions with virtual reality, helping professionals to offer more efficient treatments and better results for their patients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead qualification: Evaluating whether prospects meet the ideal client profile based on their clinical and operational needs.
- Meeting generation: Schedule qualified meetings with healthcare decision makers for the commercial team.
- Pipeline management: Use CRM tools to track and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Market research: Monitor trends, competitors and opportunities to refine commercial pitch and targeting.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Advanced English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in outbound sales (BDR, SDR or similar).
- Ability to build trusting relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and social selling techniques.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive **base salary $24k - $25K gross monthly**:

- Full **law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)**:

- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN**:

- **Excellence**bonus of $1,000 MXN
