Acerca de la posiciónBuscamos un **Finance Manager** que lidere la gestión financiera local, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo, la preparación de reportes y el análisis de resultados para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Responsabilidades principales- Gestionar registros financieros y preparar estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.- Elaborar reportes fiscales conforme a regulaciones de **SAT, CNBV, IMSS y BANXICO**.- Realizar conciliaciones contables y resolver discrepancias.- Brindar análisis financieros e insights a la dirección.- Garantizar cumplimiento normativo y políticas internas.- Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la exactitud de reportes.- Gestionar pagos y flujo de efectivo.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o afín.- Experiência comprobable en el sector financiero.- Dominio de **español e inglés** (indispensable).- Residencia en México o disponibilidad para establecerse en el país.**Deseable (no excluyente)**:- Manejo de idioma **chino**.- Experiência previa en empresas de **origen chino o fintech**.Beneficios- Oportunidad de crecimiento en una empresa internacional en expansión.- Ubicación privilegiada en Polanco, Ciudad de México.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mesExperiência:- regulaciones de SAT: 5 años (Deseable)- regulaciones CNBV: 5 años (Deseable)- regulaciones IMSS : 5 años (Deseable)- regulaciones BANXICO.: 5 años (Deseable)- Fintech: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)- Chino (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
