Estamos integrando talento en el rol de **Software Product Manager
- Proyectos. 100% Home Office.**

Para ser exitoso en este rol los principales requerimientos son:
Estudios**:Ingeniero en Informática, Sistemas de Computación, Ingeniero Industrial **o carrera afín.

Idioma**:Inglés conversacional Intermedio**

Experiência: mínimo 5 años en el mismo puesto.

**Certificaciones**: Deseable tener certificación comprobable en metodologías de PM (PMP, PMI-ACP,CSM).

**Experiência Profesional**:

- **Administrando proyectos de TI** (Software): al menos 5 años en proyectos complejos concluidos de medianos a grandes.
- **Reglas de negocio en diferentes sectores.** (Deseable)
- **Análisis de negocio y proyectos.**

**Habilidades técnicas**:

- Conocimiento de procesos de TI
- Conocimiento de metodologías de desarrollo (SCRUM, Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking - **deseable**)
- Dominio de herramientas de software (Project, Visio, Slack, Confluence, Suite MS Office).

**Deberes y responsabilidades**
- Asignación de Proyecto, Gestión de Proyectos
- Seguimiento a etapa de Design con proveedor
- Seguimiento a etapa de Development and Testing
- Seguimiento a etapa de Start of operation
- Seguimiento a Etapa de Project Closure
- Definir (tareas, objetivos, entregables y recursos necesarios) / Definir proyectos de alcance con patrocinadores, partes interesadas y usuarios clave
- Análisis de negocios
- Gestión de riesgos de proyectos
- Presente a las partes interesadas informes sobre el progreso, así como problemas y soluciones que utilizan Power Point, Excel, Word
- Implementar y gestionar el cambio cuando sea necesario para cumplir con los resultados del proyecto.
- Trabajar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Trato con directores, gerentes y stakeholders del proyecto
- Liderear y delegación de actividades al team del proyecto.

**Horario de trabajo**: 8:00 am a 5:00 pm
