**Trabajo Remoto**
Empresa internacional en crecimiento busca **Ejecutivos/as de Atención al Cliente** con experiência en servicio VIP y ventas, para integrarse a un equipo remoto y dinámico. La posición es **100% home office**, con esquema de trabajo flexible.
**Modalidad**:
- 100% remoto (desde cualquier lugar)
- **Horarios de trabajo**
- **Esquema**: 2 días de trabajo x 2 días de descanso (2x2)
- **Turnos disponibles**:
- **Day Shift**: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Night Shift**: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

**Responsabilidades**:
- Brindar atención al cliente de manera profesional y empática a través de llamadas, chat y canales digitales.
- Gestionar consultas y solicitudes garantizando una experiência positiva.
- Proporcionar información clara sobre productos y servicios.
- Detectar oportunidades de venta adicional.
- Resolver incidencias y reclamos de forma efectiva.
- Colaborar con equipos internos para asegurar soluciones oportunas.
- Cumplir con métricas de calidad y servicio.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa en atención al cliente (preferentemente servicio VIP).
- Experiência en ventas y orientación comercial.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad de negociación y resolución de problemas.
- Manejo del estrés y actitud profesional.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y en equipo.
- **Idiomas**:
- Español avanzado o nativo
- **Inglés profesional / conversacional (entrevista en inglés)**
**Requisitos técnicos (indispensables)**:
**Conexión a internet estable (se solicitará speed test)**:
- Descarga: 90 Mbps o superior
- Carga: 70 Mbps o superior
- Ping: menor a 30 ms
**Equipo mínimo requerido**:
- RAM: 8 GB o más
- Almacenamiento: mínimo 128 GB (preferentemente SSD)
