**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Elaborar y desarrollar instrucciones de trabajo que nos permitan cumplir con su tasa de rampa empleando mano de obra no cualificada.
- Transición a un sistema sin papel en la planta - Eliminar la necesidad de que los miembros del equipo de producción hagan referencia a planos de ingeniería
- Contribuir al desarrollo de las instalaciones de montaje mediante el diseño de la disposición de los puestos de trabajo, la disposición de la línea de montaje, los métodos de manipulación de materiales y el flujo de materiales
- Procesos de montaje a prueba de errores
- Interactuar entre el equipo de producción y otros departamentos para mejorar la fabricabilidad, seguridad, coste, entrega, calidad y plazo de entrega.
- Análisis de la causa raíz de los problemas en la producción y el montaje utilizando un formato estructurado
- Dirigir el desarrollo de componentes, procesos de fabricación, materiales y equipos modificados o alternativos necesarios para la fabricación, el montaje y los ensayos de los distintos componentes y subconjuntos.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica/Aeroespacial o Tecnología de Fabricación
- 3-5 años de experiência en ingeniería de fabricación directamente aplicable
- Experiência directa en la introducción de nuevos productos en los sectores de la automoción, la aviación ligera o el ocio (por ejemplo, embarcaciones a motor).
- Experiência directa en el ensamblaje de productos complejos; se valorará especialmente la experiência en ensamblaje final en los sectores aeroespacial, automoción, náutica, maquinaria pesada y/o transporte militar.
- Experiência demostrada en colaboración con ingeniería de diseño y cadena de suministro para mejorar el coste y la fabricabilidad de componentes y subconjuntos.
- Capacidad demostrada para trabajar bien con varios departamentos, incluidos ingeniería, producción, calidad y cadena de suministro, así como compras, finanzas y marketing.
- Experiência en el desarrollo de diseños de producción para cumplir los requisitos de volumen y tiempo de espera con menos residuos y alta calidad.
- Experiência en el diseño de herramientas y dispositivos para el montaje y la especificación de bienes de equipo.
- Se valorará la capacidad de utilizar un sistema CAD para visualizar, medir y extraer datos de productos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con gran capacidad de toma de decisiones bajo supervisión limitada.
- Familiarización con la fabricación y el ensamblaje de materiales, incluidos metales y compuestos de fibra de carbono
