The **Sales Operations Analyst** is a key partner for the Sales team, enabling data-driven decisions and supporting business growth. In this role, you will analyze sales performance, manage dashboards and reporting tools (including **DOMO**), forecast trends, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Planning, turning complex data into clear, practical recommendations that help drive results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong analytical mindset.
- Success in this role requires strong analytical acumen, calendar discipline, systems fluency, and clear, proactive communication.
- Responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
- Forecast sales, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Lead DOMO dashboard design and data validation efforts to ensure reporting accuracy and usability.
- Provide sales reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis for executives, teams, and customer meetings.
- Serve as primary liaison with IT for dashboard design, data validation, and system troubleshooting.

Experiência y requisitos
- Valid US Visa
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
- 2-3 years in sales reporting, planning, forecasting, inventory analysis, or related functions (apparel, CPG, or retail preferred).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and CRM platforms.
- Dashboarding/BI tools experience (**DOMO preferred**).
- Attention to detail, time management, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
- Exceptional English fluency (written & spoken), able to present insights clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
