**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Accounting solutionZ is looking for a Staff Accountant who is not only willing to add value but is also eager to seize growth opportunities and contribute to the expansion of our dynamic accounting firm.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
Hi, we are Andy and Kathy and we're partners at Accounting solutionZ Our firm is a cloud-based financial accounting firm that focuses on keeping our client's books clean, organized, and up to date on a monthly basis.

**What we look for**:

- Someone who has atleast 2 years of Accounting & Bookkeeping experience
- Someone who has atleast 2 years of QuickBooks Online & Excel experience
- Someone who has atleast 2 years of work experience in a US company/business
- Excellent communication
- Full-time availability (40+ hours per week)
- Capable of working from Monday to Friday, Saturday if needed
- Capable of working from 7am CST onwards
- Accounting solutionZ must be the ONLY work commitment

**Equipment Minimum Requirements**:

- Computer/Laptop with dual monitor
- Windows 11 Pro
- SSD & 256 Storage
- Intel Core i5 13th Gen
- 16GB RAM
- 20mbps internet speed

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following**:

- General bookkeeping
- Data entry
- Journal entry
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Closing monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet and income statement
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll processing
- State sales tax
- Year-end 1099 filing
- Cleanup of accounts
- Cleaning/organizing electronic files/reports
- Help with financial reporting

**Benefits**:

- OT Pay (After 40 hours/ week)
