**OPERATIONS MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER - BARBERSHOP (ENGLISH REQUIRED)**
Bodega Barbers - Mexico City
**Salary: $5,000 MXN per week**

Bodega Barbers is a premium barbershop in Mexico City serving an international clientele and operating with high operational standards. We are seeking a highly responsible, organized, and trustworthy Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and protect the integrity of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accountability, leadership, and long-term growth in a serious business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the barbershop
- Open and close the shop with the receptionist
- Manage register opening and closing and ensure all cash and card transactions match daily totals
- Handle cash control, documentation, and discrepancy reporting
- Supervise and support receptionist and barbers to ensure standards are met
- Enforce shop rules and issue sanctions when necessary
- Track employee attendance, schedules, and time-off requests
- Conduct weekly inventory and coordinate restocking
- Place orders with suppliers and coordinate payments with ownership
- Manage laundry services and register related expenses
- Review social media content submissions and send to ownership for approval
- Act as HR and conflict-resolution buffer between staff, clients, and ownership
- Report serious incidents and coordinate with legal counsel when necessary

Schedule
- Shop operates 7 days per week
- Manager works 5-6 days per week
- Mandatory presence Thursday through Saturday (peak days)
- One fixed weekly day off (Sunday or Monday, to be defined)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations, management, or supervisory roles
- **Fluent in English and Spanish (required)**:

- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High integrity and comfort handling cash and financial controls
- Ability to lead, correct, and manage staff professionally
- Emotional maturity and conflict-resolution ability
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
