**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Assist leads by explaining services, answering questions, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide clients with service updates and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow up post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Keep detailed call logs and update client records.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for service teams.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Prepare and send invoices or service confirmations.
- Create simple reports based on client interactions.
- Help create and schedule social media posts.

**Skills**
- Strong phone skills with active listening.
- Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
- Self-starter with multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Efficient at handling multiple tasks.
- Proficient in social media and basic admin tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Relevant Experience: 1-2 years (required)
- Advanced English (required)

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST (1hr lunch)

Pay: $17,330.00 - $18,350.00 per month
