**Join Our Team as a Customer Support - Patient Care Coordinator**

Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our Medical Scheduling Campaign.

**Address**: José Clemente Orozco 10093, Zona Rio Urbana Tijuana (We are located inside the Do It Business Center - In front of Profoturo)

**Interview Dates by Appointment**:Monday, June 30, at 8:00 AM and end Tuesday, July 8, at 10:00 AM.
**Training Start Date**: Monday, July 14, at 8:00 AM.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:55 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site)
- Advanced English skills (speak, read, write, and communicate).
- Ability to pass in-house exams and employment background check.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and pass our in-house tests
- Previous experience in medical/dental appointment scheduling or customer support is a huge plus
- Must have all Mexican work documents (INE, birth certificate, CURP, RFC, Constancia fiscal, newest electric bill)
- Must be drug and alcohol free during and before work hours.

- Earn up to $5,600 pesos per week* after training (before taxes and including weekly attendance, punctuality, and KPI bonuses).
