**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
The role of General Sales Support Analyst has the responsibility to support LATAM business team in daily business, preparing materials and presentations for customers and sales teams, Playbooks, post event analysis and promotion performance reports, Customer support.

**Your Impact**:
As Sales Support Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of
- Manage commercial promotions.
- Customer Material Support: Create and maintain template for customer meetings based on past presentations; dependent on customers) or new presentations.
- Fixed discounts requests
- Responsible to evaluate Initiatives postmortem and communicate to different sales teams.
- Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems
- Forecasting promotional investment
- Business review for client and Commercial teams

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachellor’s, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Marketing or similar1 year of professional experience

**Experience**
- Experience in Accounting (preferable)
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI
- English Intermediate
- Follow up and escalate when needed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
