This opening position is at Plastikon Industries, Hayward USA Location. Plastikon will support work visa process. Supports Manager through directing and coordinating activities of maintenance crew ;engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment. Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. Also responsible for maintenance of buildings and utility systems. - Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines, robots and equipment to ensure continuous production operations. - Coordinates activities of maintenance workers fabricating or modifying machines, Robotic or auxiliary equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products. - Directs maintenance activities on utility system to provide continuous supply of heat, cold air, electric power, gas, chilled water or air required for operations. - Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with production and maintenance staff. - Reviews maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities. - Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. - Plans, develops and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials. - Reviews and design equipment needs or special apparatus for faulty part detection, or automation.
Experiência y requisitos
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field ( Titulo - cedula profesional ) English level +70% Experience: Five to seven years related experience Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office This opening position is at Plastikon Industries, Hayward USA Location. Plastikon will support work visa process.
