We are looking for a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative**, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.**Responsibilities**- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**Requirements**:- High School completed- Advanced English- Schedule availability for training- 6 months in Call Center experiencie- 6 months Customer Service experiencie**Salary & Benefits**:- $14,500 Base salary- Up to $3,000 Performance Bonus- $3,000 Hiring Bonus- 2 Days off- CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE- Food coupons- Life medical insurance- Permanent placement position / Direct hireTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $14,500.00 - $17,500.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono mensualPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Monterrey, N.
