Internship - Human Resources (People Services Tier 1)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team If you’re currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Intelligence or a related field — and you’re passionate about people, processes, and learning by doing — this opportunity is for you. As an intern, you’ll support our Tier 1 HR operations, gaining hands-on experience in documentation, communication, organization, and problem-solving. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll grow your skills and contribute from day one.

**Internship Description**
In your one year paid-internship you will:
- **Respond to questions**regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures, or route them to the appropriate team member when needed.
- **Assist with processing electronic and paper-based forms**related to HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities.
- Enter and update employee information in the HR system/database accurately and on time.Support general administrative tasks within the HR Service Center to help ensure smooth operations

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this internship if you are:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Intelligence or a related field.
- **Expected to graduate by Summer 2026**:

- **Fluent in English.**:

- Detail-oriented, with the ability to assist with accurate documentation and processes under guidance.
- A strong communicator, with good **written and verbal communication**skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Organized and willing to support multiple tasks while learning time management techniques.
- Curious and proactive, with an interest in identifying challenges and **suggesting ideas**for improvement under supervision.
- **Team-oriented**, with the ability to work in a team environment and build professional relationships.
- Adaptable, with the flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Genuinely interested in human resources**and eager to learn and grow in the field.

**Internship Benefits**:

- $2,940 gross pesos per week
- $250 food voucher per week
- Vacation days and Christmas bonus

- Hybrid model: 2 days remote, 3 days on-sitePart-time schedule: 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday (mornings)
