We are seeking remote **Project Coordinator** to join our team in **Mexico.**
**Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm EST**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Assist in Project Planning**:Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- ** Resource Management**: Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating with various departments to meet project needs.
- ** Task Coordination**: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- ** Documentation**:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- ** Budget Tracking**:Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- ** Problem Solving**: Evaluate and resolve project-related issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to project timelines.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Fluency in English with mínimal accent is a must
- ** Project Management Expertise**:Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and closing.
- ** Organizational Skills**:Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
- ** Leadership**:Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving goals.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure smooth operations.
**Education and Experience**:
- ** Bachelor's Degree**: In Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
