Strong performance leads to high expectations, and we must keep raising the bar**Role**:A Project Coordinator ensures that all paid media projects well organized and on track. We are looking for an energetic, flexible, and highly organized project coordinator who can help our paid media team continue to expand and ensure efficiency within various projects and communicate across departments.**What you'll do here**:- Meeting Coordination: Coordinates and assists in ensuring that meeting agenda and requirements are accurate, and setting up meeting invitations, coordinating with internal and external guests. Collects all minutes from meetings and manages all follow-up on any tasks, takeaways, or communications.- Proven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines- You will have excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills- This role will require working closely with the Paid Media Lead Product Manager, managing projects through all stages of execution and delivery.- Ensure all paid media campaigns are carried out on time, accurate, and on budget- Monitor day-to-day milestones, understand client requirements, write proposal briefs, and manage internal workflows- QA paid media documents and presentations, guarding the overall brand's look and feel, staying true to the brand's objective- Other projects/tasks as assigned- Compile and analyze marketing and media data to support implementation decisions- Constantly review and optimize the full user journey, to maximize efficiency of each campaign to ensure that targets and goals are being met, or better: surpassed- Work with various departments to obtain buy in and appropriate resources to develop the proposed recommendation**You'll need to have**:- At least 6 months of experience in a marketing assistant/coordinator role- Fluent English (reading and writing)- Ability to multitask while being meticulous, detail oriented, and thorough.- Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, meet tight deadlines, and manage time efficiently.- Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to prioritize- A general understanding of paid media and social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube.- Ability to work 10am-6pm EST Monday - Friday- Flexible and open attitude**Who you are**:- Upbeat with a positive attitude, ambitious outlook, and a desire to excel and grow within the company- An individual that strives for high-quality results- Someone who wants to become a quarterback in the game that is project management- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team- Resourceful and takes initiative- Highly organized individual who can prioritize and manage time effectively- Comfortable as a spokesperson- Have the drive to learn as much as possible, as quickly as possible**What's in it for you**:- Work with some of the world's most engaging brands- Continuous learning and development opportunities- Flexible work schedule and summer hours- Competitive salaries and 100% paid comprehensive health benefits plan- Learn from an unrivaled leadership team with many years of agency experience- Be yourself Work with an agency that boasts above-average diversity statistics- Dedicated programs to support your mental health and work-life harmony
