**Responsibilities**
- Complete billing and collections processes according to project schedules.
- Keep financial information updated for contracts and agreements with subscribers.
- Request, receive, and process purchase orders from customers.
- Lead internal and external virtual meetings with our subscribers to ensure that POs and Invoices are processed correctly.
- Provide support to our Subscriber Services team on any financial-related activities.
- Create and update reports for Accounts Receivable metrics such as delinquency and cash collection targets.
- Review contracts to verify that the subscriber's information is correct and updated.
- Gather information for accounting procedures.
- Tracking global-wide expenses/transactions.

**Education**

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Collections or Account Receivables
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong time management, organization, and project skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills (oriented with MS Excel)
- Teamwork oriented
- Able to work under pressure
- Capable of taking the initiative in identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients
- Able to meet deadlines
- Timely follow-up to requested reports/information
- Capable of following instructions and adhering to existing essential processes
