- Redacción y ortografía adecuada (en caso de canales escritos). - Deseable: conocimientos en paquetería Office (Excel, Word).
- Comunicación clara, empática y profesional
- Escucha activa y resolución de problemas.
- Tolerancia a la frustración y manejo del estrés.
- Orientación al cliente y actitud de servicio.
- Capacidad para seguir procesos y scripts.
- Para rolar turnos, trabajar fines de semana y días festivos (según la operación).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial o remotamente (según modalidad del Contact Center)
