**Sales Manager / Sales Executive - Hospitality Projects (Texas Region)**

WKS is a leading manufacturer of high-performance architectural doors and hardware, recognized for quality, innovation, and tailored solutions for the hospitality sector. As part of our strategic expansion into the Texas market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Sales Manager or Sales Executive* to drive growth and build lasting relationships within the hotel development community.
**Position Overview**:*
**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Lead business development efforts for certified architectural doors and hardware (fire-rated, acoustic, sustainable) across Texas
- Cultivate trusted relationships with hotel owners, developers, general contractors (GCs), and purchasing decision-makers
- Focus on mid-scale, franchised hotel projects (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham)
- Engage with the Indian-American hotelier community, with a strong emphasis on Gujarati ownership groups
- Represent WKS at industry trade shows, networking events, and sales visits
- Contribute to regional strategy and provide regular updates to executive leadership
*Qualifications:*
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales of construction materials (doors, hardware, FF\&E preferred)
- Proven success selling to hotel developers, owners, or procurement managers
- Familiarity with AAHOA and deep understanding of the South Asian hospitality business landscape
- Strong relationship-building skills, particularly within the Indian (Gujarati) hotelier community
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Based in Texas with willingness to travel throughout the region
