Are you a skilled Technical Support Engineer with a passion for innovation and AI?
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role, specializing in software and network-related issues.
- Proficiency in software and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.
- Basic understanding of coding languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with IDEs like VSCode or JetBrains (IntelliJ) is preferred.
- Ability to reproduce customer issues and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and empathy when assisting users with technical issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and network connectivity issues.
- Log customer interactions and solutions using a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk).
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or engineering teams.
- Stay informed on product updates and advancements.
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
Pay: $30,656.25 - $43,940.63 per month
