Key Account Executive

General Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the portfolio of key clients.
- Report to the Commercial Manager on activities through prospecting lists of qualified potential clients and sales results.
- Propose strategies for approaching main accounts and Chinese-origin prospects, as well as renewing sales proposals for clients.
- Continuously monitor active and inactive clients for several months through personal visits, telephone, and electronic communication.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve key customer opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
- Monitor assigned accounts.
- Communicate and collaborate with purchasing, costing, advertising, quality marketing, and logistics departments to ensure key customer needs are met.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate binding contracts with key clients and meet deadlines established for the fulfillment of long-term objectives.
- Provide customer service for quotes, samples, prices, updates, etc.
- Compile purchase order information for full order processing.
- Monitor the progress of orders through manufacturing.
- Follow up after the delivery of samples to obtain customer feedback and negotiate the successful closing of sales.
- Keep the database updated on all company platforms.
- Celebrate successes by reporting closed sales, including profit, date, and customer, to Commercial Management and the plant team.

Commercial Management, General Management, Finance Management, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Costing, Administration, Billing, Warehouse Management, Warehouse Assistants, Quality Management, Production Management.
EXPERIENCE: Industrial Sales, Hardware, Metalworking, Automotive, teamwork, planning, negotiation.
COMPUTER PACKAGES: Office Environment, Internet, CRM, ERP
LANGUAGE: Advanced English, Mandarin is a plus.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
