CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Licenciado en Contaduría Pública, Licenciado en Administración o afín.
- Ingles avanzado
- Experiência en el giro automotriz
- Experiência administrando herramientas CRM.
- AP Módulos SD; FI; CO.
**Responsabilidades**:

- Estar a cargo de recolección y análisis de información y cotización del producto apoyado por Contraloría y Proyectos, dentro del proceso Acquisition.
- Gestionar cuentas clave o cualquier cuenta asignada.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para los clientes.
- Estar a cargo del impacto financiero dentro del Proceso de “Commercial Change management”
- Gestionar quejas y resolver problemas de manera oportuna.
- Ejecutar la estrategia comercial; crear alianzas y dar seguimiento puntual.
- Organizar reuniones habituales con los clientes para hablar de sus requisitos.
- Identificar posibles clientes.
- Generar reportes sobre los análisis de ventas y rentabilidad.
- Asegurar que se cumplen los plazos y no se exceda el presupuesto.
- Fortalecer la relación comercial y operativa de las cuentas clave
- Sugerir ideas innovadoras para aumentar las ventas y mejorar la experiência al cliente.
- Cumplir los requerimientos de IATF 16949 e ISO 14001
- Cumplir con la política ambiental, así como reconocer cuales son los aspectos ambientales y sus impactos.
