A Day in the Life
As a Record to Report Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of L’Oréal LATAM’s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. You’ll lead a team of reporting accountants, providing mentorship and guidance while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for accounting inquiries, you’ll ensure seamless service continuity and compliance with L’Oréal’s high standards.
**Here’s what you’ll be working on**:

- Technical Accounting Excellence: Oversee month-end close processes, review account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify and resolve complex accounting issues while driving efficiency in Record-to-Report processes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the go-to expert for accounting inquiries, working closely with teams like Accounts Payable, FP&A, and others to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and guide your team to deliver high-quality work, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

We Are Looking For
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Are fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
- Bring strong expertise in accounting principles and IFRS.
- Are proficient in SAP Financial modules and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excel in analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management.
