**Oportunidad Laboral: Customer Marketing Specialist**Estamos en búsqueda de un profesional apasionado por el marketing digital y los servicios financieros para unirse a nuestro equipo como Customer Marketing Specialist**Responsabilidades Clave**:- Colaborar con otras áreas para crear, revisar y adaptar contenidos existentes, asegurando coherencia de marca y mensajes.- Medir el impacto de las iniciativas y identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en diferentes segmentos de usuarios.- Controlar y reportar mensualmente los indicadores clave de rendimiento por producto, como el % de clientes con créditos vencidos, % de cumplimiento en pagos, % de mejora en calificación crediticia, etc.- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los usuarios, comprendiendo sus necesidades de información para aumentar la solicitud de nuevos créditos.**Experiência Requerida**:- Experiência comprobada en el diseño e implementación de campañas de marketing de contenidos en plataformas digitales, con un enfoque en alcanzar KPIs de negocio como leads calificados, oportunidades generadas, ventas ganadas, ROI, ROAS, entre otros.- Capacidad para identificar y comprender las necesidades del cliente, transformándolas en contenidos de alto valor e iniciativas de mejora.- Profundo conocimiento de los recorridos del cliente en el sector financiero, así como sus puntos de contacto con las ventas.- Habilidades excepcionales de redacción, sintaxis y ortografía.- Experiência en el manejo de bases de datos y plataformas de marketing, preferiblemente con conocimientos en herramientas como Hubspot u otras similares.- Conocimiento indispensable de diversos indicadores de Marketing y Ventas, utilizando estos datos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.**Únete a nuestro equipo y sé parte de una empresa que valora la innovación y el compromiso con la excelencia**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 11540, Ciudad de México
