**Role at a Glance**
The primary objective of the Jr. Sales Manager is to support the implementation and execution of the sales strategy (SaaS business), ensuring the achievement of the business's commercial goals. Additionally, this role directly contributes to revenue growth by selling the SaaS product Por Cobrar, or any other products developed by the company, combining leadership, coaching, and sales skills to keep the team motivated and prepared. Their work will also be key in strengthening Yaydoo's position as a leader in automating financial and B2B payment processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Continuously monitor and measure the metrics and results of the sales team, providing constant feedback to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.
- Evaluate and ensure the quality of sales made by Account Executives, implementing clear guidelines and quality standards.
- Design and execute business strategies focused on benefits and a consultative approach, aligned with customers' specific needs.
- Develop and manage key materials for the sales team, such as presentations, scripts, and pitches, ensuring alignment with Yaydoo's strategic objectives.
- Train and empower the team through formative sessions focused on commercial skills, consultative strategies, and knowledge of the Por Cobrar product.
- Actively participate in the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, serving as an example for the team and engaging in sales activities to support the achievement of objectives.
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement, motivating the team to develop their skills and exceed expectations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc).
- Experience in Data Analysis (e.g. Quota Attainment, Conversion Rate, Pipeline Coverage, Sales Cycle, etc).
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.) and sales prospecting tools and strategies to drive top-of-funnel success.
- Knowledge of dynamic pricing models, and value-based pricing strategies, specifically for SaaS products.
- Ability to create and deliver clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals to clients.
- Ability to lead Sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, motivating members to exceed challenging targets and grow professionally within a rapidly evolving company like Yaydoo.
- Clear communication with key clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized solutions, driving product adoption and retention across diverse markets.
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities, manage fast-paced decision-making, and maintain strategic flexibility to support Yaydoo growth and leadership in financial process automation.
- The ability to manage diverse teams and recognize emotional cues, fostering a positive work environment and making decisions that support growth and cohesion in multicultural settings.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales leadership positions within high-growth startups or SaaS companies, particularly those offering financial solutions.
- Understanding of the financial technology space, with experience work in the Mexican market. Experience with a broad range of clients, from medium-sized businesses to large enterprises.
