**Satellite Teams are looking for a Medical Case Coordinator for a company that has given over 65,000 uninsured and underinsured personal injury victims access to healthcare providers, so they can prioritize healing and recovery. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process treatment funding requests and coordinate ongoing medical care.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external partners.
- Adhere to high standards of accountability, confidentiality (HIPAA compliant), and professionalism while dealing with medical and financial information.
- Display quality work, integrity, and ethical decision making during all work assignments.
- Work in a team environment handling complex high-volume work.
- Effectively use company systems and technologies to successfully enter content information and track case details.
- Heavy patient focus, scheduling appointments, follow up with attorneys.
- Needs to be able to be both empathetic but a fast mover and can be assertive when needed and juggle lots of things.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:

- Proven working experience in case management or a related job.
- Excellent knowledge of case management principles, healthcare management and reimbursement.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- BS degree in related in medical field is a plus.
