En Kapta RH, buscamos un Revenue Manager para gestionar ingresos y maximizar la rentabilidad de nuestros clientes del sector turístico. Este rol es ideal para alguien con habilidades analíticas avanzadas y dominio en OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
**Responsabilidades**:
Diseñar estrategias de precios y disponibilidad basadas en demanda y análisis de mercado.
Analizar métricas de desempeño como ocupación, ingresos y tasa de conversión para ajustar estrategias.
Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre proyecciones de ingresos, rentabilidad y tendencias del mercado.
Colaborar con los equipos de ventas, marketing y operaciones para implementar estrategias alineadas.
Monitorear la competencia y ajustar las tarifas para mantener una posición competitiva.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência comprobable en revenue management, preferentemente en el sector hotelero.
Conocimiento en gestión y optimización de plataformas OTAs.
Dominio en análisis de datos y herramientas tecnológicas de revenue.
Organización, atención al detalle y habilidades interpersonales destacadas.
**Ubicación y ofrecimientos**:
Modalidad híbrida (home office y oficina).
Horario: lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm; sábados, medio tiempo.
Sueldo neto: $12,000 mensuales, con posibilidad de comisiones.
Prestaciones de ley.
Capacitación continua y oportunidades de crecimiento interno.
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Sueldo: $12,000.00 al mes
