- Engage in Social Media interactions to address customer questions or concerns;
- Resolving billing issues raised to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Utilize cross-selling techniques to promote additional products or services;
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
