**Position Overview**

We are looking for **an Automations Specialist **to join our Student Experience team at TripleTen. In this role, you will collaborate with team leads to optimize workflows and set up automation processes, working with tools such as Zapier and Make, our internal CRM system and Discord bots. Your mission will be to make the team’s work with students as seamless as possible — reducing the time-to-value for our students and increasing the efficiency and speed with which we work.

The Student Experience team is the largest student-facing team at TripleTen, providing support and guidance for students from the moment they buy our programs until the moment they get their first job offer. We support students on their learning and career journey at TripleTen, helping them navigate through technical and payments issues, curriculum questions, job search and skills development. We actively use Discord to develop our student community and communicate with our students.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of proven experience working with low code/no code automation tools.
- Experience working with omnichannel tools and CRM systems, such as HubSpot and Planhat.
- Experience with Discord bot development.
- Strong data-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to coordinate complex projects, manage projects from start to finish, prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving customer demands, team dynamics, and company objectives.
- Willingness to incorporate new tools and technologies.

**Advantages**:

- Previous experience in project management and project ownership.

What you will do:

- Implement low-code/no-code automation workflows to streamline operations and improve our services (e.g. through Zapier, Make, CRM: Planhat and HubSpot).
- Configure and manage Discord bots for educational purposes (preferably, Python or JavaScript).
- Connect the tools and processes set up through different automation and CRM systems, maintaining cohesive infrastructure.
- Develop technical standards and baselines for the automations stream within the Student Experience team.
- Participate and manage external communications, including collaborating with other external teams on technical tasks, interacting with stakeholders, and liaising with external services regarding bugs and improvements.
- Develop troubleshooting guides and conduct workshops with the team for successful implementation of new workflows and effective troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

**Hard Skills**:

- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Knowledge of REST API.
- Proficiency in bot frameworks, APIs, and Python/JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CRM workflows (Planhat and HubSpot).
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Make and Zapier.
