**Responsabilidades**:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a variety of HR initiatives as well as day-to-day employee and leadership support for our wholly owned subsidiary, LoJack Mexicana with Corporate headquarters in the USA. Areas of support include but are not limited to employee relations, performance development and succession planning, recruiting, medical leave/leave of absences, health & wellness initiates, benefits, compliance, payroll and other business initiatives as assigned by the corporate SVP, Human Resources.

Challenge the status quo and champion new initiatives and also within HR acting as a catalyst of change and stimulating others to change, in such way that the organization continuously develops towards better performance. Partner with the SVP, Human Resource to analyze organizational capabilities, drive organizational design and structure improvements to support delivery of the current and future business strategy.

Calificaciones:
Must Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- At least 5 years experience in Human Resources
- At least 2 years as a HR Manager
- In-depth knowledge of the employment legislation in Mexico
- Experience recruiting or leading recruiters
- Experience developing compensation plans
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of HRIS tools
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong Pluses
- Payroll experience
- Industry experience (Telematics, wireless, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with ADP and/or iCIMS
