- Experience leading technical teams and driving successful project delivery.
- Proven track record of implementing solutions in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Main Activities**
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams on architecture, design patterns, and technology stack selection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Experience in software quality assurance and performing modifications to systems.
- Ability to provide guidance for troubleshooting technical issues for team members.
- Proficiency in analyzing and reviewing existing systems to identify risks and redundancies.
- Previous experience in reviewing and approving technical solutions.
