Control de inventarios controlando el producto transferido para venta doméstica (wharehouse Latam).
- Preparación de documentos y entrega del producto final a clientes nacionales a través de ventas LATAM.
- Realizar un seguimiento y mantener el OOR a tiempo.
- Asegurar que contamos con transportistas mexicanos con las mejores tarifas de carga directa
- Monitoreo - evaluación del desempeño de los transportistas locales y americanos - OTD y otros informes
- Desarrollo, actualización, capacitación y auditoría de los Embarques de SPI's
- Seguimiento y resolución de incidencias dentro de la zona de embarque con personal a cargo.
- Ejecución y cuidado de traslados y recibos de PT desde plantas HPS a almacén.
- NMR's / RO / SCRAP / CAR 's
- Procesar, realizar investigaciones, establecer acciones a tomar.
- Investigación y preparación de reclamaciones a transportistas en caso de daños al producto en tránsito.
- Actuar como D365/RF Smart Super User para apoyar a todas las instalaciones de México y Compton en todas las actividades del sistema de envío y recepción.
- Asegurar una formación adecuada a las nuevas contrataciones, cuidando siempre el estándar y nível que la empresa está obligada a cumplir.
- Apoyo al departamento de comercio exterior en relación a la información relacionada con auditorías programadas en procesos establecidos como empresa certificada.
- Programación de inventarios mensuales de PT de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos por la empresa.

**Perfil requerido**:

- Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales o carrera afin
- 3 años de experiência en puesto similar en industrias internacionales
- Ingles conversacional avanzado
- Conocimiento del área de Logística y manejo del programa IMMEX.
- Conocimiento de la logística latinoamericana.
- Control y manejo de inventarios en productos terminados (operaciones, transacciones, variaciones).
