**Job Title**:Coordinator, Cash Operations**Classification**: Non-Exempt**Salary Grade**:**Direct Reports**: No**Reports to**: Supervisor, Cash Operations**Position Summary**:The Coordinator, Cash Operations also generates refunds, adjustments, and any other accounting transactions related to A/R management.This position involves diplomatic interaction with customers to provide payment information and billing support in order to expedite payment of invoices due to the organization.**Primary Accountabilities**:**Operational (95%)**- Retrieve payment data daily from banks and other money sources and prepare for posting- Prepare and scan physical checks for deposit to bank- Complete analysis and review of clients' DSO- Balance daily posting batches to bank data; prepare and distribute reconciliation reports and statistics to key personnel- Work with customers to arrange payment of outstanding and late accounts in collaboration with the collections team- Investigate and resolve Invoicing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions**Administrative (5%)**Perform filing of electronic and physical daily payment documentationPrepare documentation for customer/manufacturer/agent (vendor forms, W9, etc.)Special projects as assigned**Required Qualification**:High School Diploma/GED; Associate Degree preferred2-4 years related work experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.Highly Proficient in 10 key data entryAbility to work in a fast-paced, multiple priority, team focused environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail**Individual Competencies**:- **Adaptable**: Responds to change with a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work.- **Teamwork**: Builds relationships and works cooperatively with others, inside and outside the organization, to accomplish objectives to build and maintain mutually-beneficial partnerships, leverage information and achieve results.- **Analytical and Critical Thinking**:Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.- **Communication**: Giving and receiving messages and information in written, oral, and visual formats in a clear and concise way for a complete understanding of meaning and intent.- **Curious**: A desire to inquire and learn, to seek new knowledge and wisdom, and to listen to the contributions of others with a genuine interest to better self, the team, and the organization.**Problem Solving**: Gathers and analyzes information to generate and evaluate solutions to problems, issues and challenges while weighing the accuracy and relevance of the facts, data and information.**Collaboration**: Works collaboratively with others to achieve group goals and objectives.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,****** - $20,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Trabajo desde casaEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, Guadalupe, N.
