All Freight Trucking Inc. is a California-based transportation and warehousing company with terminals in Riverside and San Leandro, supported by a back-office team in Querétaro, Mexico. Our remote team provides critical administrative, dispatch, customer service, and financial support to our U.S. operations.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable**
- Assist in organizing and coding vendor invoices for review.
- Help gather backup documentation (purchase orders, receipts, approvals).
- Input invoice data into the accounting system.
- Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and communication with vendors.

**Accounts Receivable**
- Assist the Finance Coordinator in preparing and uploading customer invoices.
- Verify documentation required for factoring (rate confirmations, PODs).
- Help track payments and follow up on missing remittance details.
- Maintain accurate digital records of receivables documentation.

**Bookkeeping**
- Enter transactions into QuickBooks Online under direction of the Finance Manager.
- Assist with account reconciliations (bank, credit card, factoring).
- Help prepare and organize financial records for monthly close.
- Support reporting and administrative tasks as needed by the finance team.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred).
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
