Atención al cliente
Impulsar las ventas
Brindar información al cliente y resolver dudas de los servicios
Analizar las necesidades del consumidor
Control de indicadores KPI's de rendimiento
Identificar oportunidades de mercado
Generar estadísticas sobre la gestión de la empresa
Detectar aspectos de mejora continua de procesos
Recibir y tramitar pedidos, solicitudes y reclamaciones
Manejo de CRM - Slag / Click Up / Monday/ Trello
