The
**Leader, Product Operations** is responsible for product test development and deployment at a manufacturing partner. This role is accountable for interfacing with development groups, manufacturing operations and CM partner to drive timely solutions for supporting test strategies, test coverage and quality, test capacity and planning overall project deliverables for timely executions. This position manages a team of engineers in one or several of the following fields: Test/Software Development, Electrical, Mechanical and Manufacturing to drive product quality in the factory. Position requires strong knowledge on Test and Measurement systems, PCBA manufacturing, and Software development.

**What You'll Do**
- Ensure the network product's quality and functionality is maintained to highest level
- Provide an overall end-to-end TEST process architect for High-End Router products.
- Engage with the cross-functional engineering teams to facilitate in-depth system hardware knowledge and work on manufacturing plans with them.
- Work with team to design, develop and deploy test hardware platforms/ Software / Diagnostics solutions for Cisco's global manufacturing partners.
- Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and root-cause manufacturing yield issues and field escape and drive issues to closure with preventive measures.
- Drive manufacturing execution excellence and customer experience through operational performance on delivery, quality, cost and transformation.
- Build strong organization with leadership bench strength, capabilities for the future, engagement and Cisco culture.
- Lead a team of engineers in one or several of the following disciplines: Test/Software Development, Electrical, Mechanical and Manufacturing.
- Partners with various cross-functional organizations including Manufacturing Operations, Supplier Management, Planning, Fulfillment, Technology and Quality to drive business outcomes.
- Supervise operational excellence metrics ETE Yield, timely Delivery, budget, etc. and accountable for associated business results.
- Solve any factory related test quality issues

cycle time reduction, test optimizations, and quality improvement to meet and improve cost and product lead time.
- Enablement of new manufacturing capacity

**Who You Are**

12+ years of broad Supply Chain Operations experience in manufacturing, process and test development engineering.

3+ years of personnel management experience and/or leadership role in Supply Chain.

Strong knowledge and experience in technical operations and factory management.

Education - Engineering degree in Electrical or Computer Science. Master in Sciences and/or Business a plus.
