We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team. Based from home in Mexico, strategically close to Monterrey City, Nuevo León, you will meet sales targets for the growth of revenue and market share by expanding Dymax customer base, building a strong local presence, executing Dymax-Mexico’s best-in-class strategy, evaluating market and business opportunities, developing new leads, building and promoting long-lasting customer relationships, and by identifying and creating opportunities to generate value to Mexico customers. Specifically, you will:
Execute Dymax territory strategy by delivering product and service enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and sales potential, and by testing and managing inter-regional transfer business programs
Meet continuous, professional sales-skills objectives through market growth, market funneling, maintaining robust pipeline development, key account planning and management, and by using extraordinary interpersonal selling skills
Achieve Dymax adhesives and equipment revenue objectives by engaging existing and targeted potential customers within the territory through direct interpersonal sales and sales partnerships
Build business through targeted new potential audiences by planning and coordinating informative events that show products, lines, and services, and provide compelling evidence of Dymax technologies effectiveness
Develop and execute the sales process and build a pipeline by auditing potential account operations, considering alternatives, preparing proposals and quotes, delivering wow presentations, and following up for customer trust and commitment
Deliver on Dymax strategic sales objectives by developing, implementing, and executing a territory account sales plan that realistically aligns with targeted opportunities and budgeted revenues
Drive sales and new business from the ground up by cold-calling existing and potential customers, generating leads, responding to inquiries, researching and analyzing prospects, and updating project information on the company CRM
Capture sales through market expansion and sales penetration by coordinating, with the global key account teams, opportunities to capture in-territory accounts, and by assigning and managing non-key leads to internal sales and sales partners by running the distribution and partners strategy in the region
**Requirements**:
**You should have**:
BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related. MBA preferred
3+ years of experience of related sales experience, preferably from a custom adhesive, chemical, coatings/paint, medical/pharmaceutical/food manufacturing, or packaging/dispensing environment
Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans
Self-directed and resourceful; detail-oriented, and committed to following through
Significant experience with a CRM system required, JD Edward E-1 advantageous
Must be biligual - English and Spanish required
**Travel Demands**: Up to 70%
