**Primary Purpose**:
The Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS) will be the face of the organization during our first interaction with a new customer. Each COS should have a desire and ability to nurture relationships internally and externally with our new customers, our Customer Solutions team, and our Sales Team while working in a fast paced, high-volume environment. The COS will always strive for a high-level of customer satisfaction. All activities are to be managed in accordance with the company’s goals of safety, compliance, and code of conduct.
**What You will do**:
- Walk customer through the onboarding process
- Ensure all new customers are set up accurately in our system to successfully transact with us quickly
- Gathers all necessary paperwork for a new customer to efficiently transact
- Build customer in ERP system
- Creates new ship-to locations for existing customers
**What You will need**:
- High School Diploma required
- English proficiency required
- Proficiency with the MS Office package, strong Excel skills are encouraged
- Prior experience working in Customer Solutions with B2B customers
- Chemical/Distribution experience preferred
- SAP or relevant ERP systems
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
