**Are you passionate about digital finance and experienced in collections?** Join a growing Fintech and help our clients keep their accounts on track As a **Collections Executive**, you’ll be responsible for managing credit recovery professionally, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and meeting the company’s recovery objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze and implement collections strategies to maximize credit recovery.
- Manage and update each account’s history, documenting interactions and payment agreements.
- Propose customized payment plans to support clients in resolving their debt.
- Meet collections KPIs, including recovery rates and response times.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex collections situations.
- Advise clients on financial products and assist with credit-related inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of collections experience, preferably in a Fintech or financial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented.
- Familiarity with collections systems and CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Intermediate Excel skills for portfolio data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Mexican collections regulations (CONDUSEF, Credit Bureau).
- Experience with digital collections tools and customer service is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
