**About Us**
LGMG (Linyi Lingong Machinery Group), part of Lingong Group, is a global leader in the construction machinery industry with over 50 years of experience. With a portfolio of over 200 products, including construction machinery, aerial work platforms, and mining trucks, we are committed to innovation, quality, and global success. We are now looking for a **visionary salesperson** to lead our sales operations in Mexico and play a key role in our regional expansion.
**What will you do in this exciting role?**
- **Sales Strategy**: Design and implement sales strategies aimed at rental customers and distributors, identifying key opportunities in the Mexican market.
- **Sales Growth**: Promote products, achieve sales targets, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Strategic Negotiation**: Manage business deals with rental customers and distributors, assessing financial risks, credit, and debt.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Build strong relationships with clients and key market players to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Report weekly and monthly on sales, new customers, market information, and competitor updates.
- **Product Research**: Monitor product competitiveness and provide market research to the corporate office.
- **Operational Coordination**: Work with sales points, distribution, and service operations to maximize market impact.
**What you need to lead successfully**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in sales.
- **Industry Experience**: Over 3 years of sales experience related to aerial work platforms, preferably with brands like JLG, Genie, Skyjack, Haulotte, or large rental companies (TRACSA, Prosic, Cuvisa, Madisa).
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record in executing sales plans, negotiation, and decision-making.
- **Dynamic Mindset**: Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple functions in a changing environment while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- **Technical and Communication Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- **Languages**: Fluent and professional use of English.
**What we offer**
- Base salary of 70k-80k gross (negotiable), 10% food vouchers, 13% savings fund, expenses, fuel vouchers, family insurance, and christmas bonus: 30 days.
