**About the job**

The Order To Cash (OTC) team is looking for a proactive and dynamic Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure billing and collections activities are supported on a daily basis. Your principal task will be to issue invoices for LATAM. This role requires expertise in electronic invoicing in at least one of the following countries: Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico. New team members will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise, collaborate in knowledge sharing, and collectively strive towards achieving significant goals. The working hours for this role are 9 AM - 6 PM CST.

**As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will**:

- Research, process, and verify the accuracy of applicable accounting information
- Maintain accurate accounting records and compile reports, as needed
- Communicate with internal stakeholders concerning invoices and payments
- Perform data entry of accounting information with a high level of accuracy
- Reconcile accounting information
- Perform other duties, as assigned

**Required Qualifications**
- 4 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping, including data entry experience and receivable experience.
- Ability to communicate in English, good communication skills
- Associate’s degree in accounting
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of company publications, products, and pricing
- Excellent data entry, adding machine, and number recognition skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and accounting systems and ability to leverage systems to wards better performance
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications
