**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en ingeniería con énfasis en electricidad o mecánica.
- Inglés Avanzado.
- Experiência en ingeniería de fabricación, incluida la introducción y transferencia de nuevos productos.
- Conocimientos y habilidades de gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimientos técnicos para el diseño de ingeniería.
- Capacidad para gestionar, diseñar e implementar procesos y sistemas para maximizar el rendimiento del departamento o de la organización.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrolla, capacita y motiva al personal en el día a día, mediante el uso y la creación de procedimientos operativos estándar.
- Implementar, monitorear e informar sobre el estado de los proyectos. Garantiza que la capacitación (intra e interdepartamental) y la documentación se completen de manera eficiente y efectiva.
- Responsable del desarrollo de la comunicación interna de la propiedad, estándares, políticas y procedimientos de documentación.
- Desarrollo de hardware y software, listas de materiales. Pruebas de prototipos, pruebas de integración de sistemas y verificación de cumplimiento (UL (Underwriters Laboratories), FCC (Comisión Federal de Comunicaciones) o relacionadas), y apoya el diseño para la fabricación y la transición a la fabricación.
- Gestión de proyectos para la puesta en marcha y soporte continuo para el sitio de Monterrey, MX.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de capacitación para garantizar que los recursos estén disponibles, sean competentes y los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo y para aumentar las expectativas.
- Gestiona el personal de ingeniería, calidad y CI.
