For our Sensor growth journey we are searching for **Process Engineers** to be a part of a new established team As Process Engineer you will play a key role in installing, running in and ramping up our new highly automated production line for Pressure Sensors including working out all necessary production related documentation.- After releasing and stabilizing our new production line you will be responsible for continuous improvements related to OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), First Pass Yield (quality) and productivity (cost).Future tasks will include introduction of new product variants on the above equipment and participate in installation of new production lines for production of A2L Gas Sensors.- You will work with state-of-the-art processes and be a part of a global team cooperating with colleagues across country borders and cultures.**What You’ll Be Doing**- Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Installing, running in and ramping up of new production lines- Create and maintain process related documentation and work instructions- Optimize existing production processes with focus on quality and cost- Drive systematic root cause analysis together with the production team to solve production interruption and stops- Systematic monitor process performance data (KPI) and proactively take needed action in case of deviations- Main responsible person for the production processes and close cooperation with Production, Quality, Production Planning and Product Engineering**What We're Looking For**- Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing or Engineering, or relevant technical experience from a similar position- Min. 3 Years of operational experience working with mass production & LEAN manufacturing- Preferrable including implementation of new production equipment and high-volume automated production- Has a Can Do mindset, and is willing to set the standards also on the shopfloor solving challenges together with Operators and Maintenance- Like to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams with high level of activities and dynamic- Experience with relevant production processes like Laser Welding, Soldering, Test- Measurement systems- Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and in writing- Six Sigma Green belt preferred- IATF 16949 methods and processes**What You'll Get from Us**- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
