**Compensation**:
$10,000 a year to start + commission
**Responsibilities**:
- Calling and texting BUYERS and qualifying them.
- Working with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Building buyers lists according to your training.
- Working with CRM (Podio).
- Set follow-up appointments.
- Doing Admin tasks as needed.
- Provide management with End of Day Report(s).
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Perfect English fluency: verbal and written. THIS IS A MUST
- At least 8-9+ months of cold call experience over the phone.
- Great communicator, with great people skills.
- Self starter.
- Deadline and DETAIL ORIENTED.
- Desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
- Coachable - can you listen to feedback and adjust accordingly?
- Extreme discipline to work from home in a virtual team environment.
- Organizational skills.
- Admin skills.
- Able to work with Excel.
- Must be quick and efficient with today's cloud apps such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.

We invest in people We are not realtors, and you will not need any real estate license. We buy houses for investment purposes, whether long-term or short-term.
We will provide training and guidance on the job for as long as you need, however at some point we’d expect you to be independent in your day-to-day tasks and decisions.
