**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) living in Mexico to drive sales growth by developing new client relationships within the recruiting industry.
- Prospect & Develop Leads: Identify and connect with high-potential clients.
- Build Relationships: Establish trust with key decision-makers.
- Craft Winning Proposals: Create compelling proposals that showcase our value.
- Close Deals & Exceed Targets: Negotiate and close deals, consistently surpassing sales quotas.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and opportunities.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Proven Sales Success: 3+ years in a BDM or similar role, **ideally in recruiting.**:

- Stellar Track Record: History of exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the recruiting industry.
- Communication Master: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Relationship Builder: Strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Strategic Thinker: Analyzes market trends for growth opportunities.
